Hi People,
I have an AMD Athlon 2000xp and could any body give me some advice on how much i should overclock to?
also if u have over clocked an amd athlon 2000xp plez say!!

If you need to ask, I recommend you don't overclock.

Lot of negative input about overclocking. I do it, course I have a dozen or so AMD Athlon's to spare, so I have no worries. Been doing it for sometime, never have lost a cpu yet. You have to be willing to sacrificie if you overdue it. If you are willing to do so At Your Own Risk check out this AMD overclocking forum. Read up on some of the entries to give you an idea of what can be accomplished at a safe level. My AMD Athlon 2000+ (1.6) is currently overclocked at a safe 1.78G. READ before doing any overclocking......
