silent hill 4

i recently played the demo to silent hill 4( old yea i know ). and when i play it it lags on the words. they will say the words for it then subtitle or mouths will move. i've read on other forums taht people with radeon 9250 have the same problem.. wtf?? it runs real good other than the lag.
