Hey, I have attempted to convert my DVDs to .AVI format so many times, and unfortunatly I always end up getting terrible picture quality and the video will often unalign itself with the audio.
Can anyone give me a few ideas on how to get the best possible outcome in .AVI format? What is the best program?

But how high quailty are you talking about wanting to obtain? Like high quality scene dvd rips?

No, i'm just seeking a program that will give me a very clear result similar to watching it straight from the dvd
