    ...that isn't crap.

I really want to hear some proper justification for why they aren't crap, btw.

If you have to have wireless Logitech makes the best, the MX series are good.

After using several made by Microsoft I was disappointed by the battery life, sp I switched to Logitech and went through two of the MX models. The first one worked great but eventually the mouse stopped charging (problem with the electrical contacts on the mouse or charging cradle). The second Logitech model I got worked great for a few months but then started dropping characters randomly as I typed.

Finally I got fed up with all the problems of wireless and went with the Microsoft Natural 4000 keyboard (corded) and Logitech Corded MX500 mouse, I have not been disappointed.

Ironically I just set up a home theatre PC and need to go shopping for another wireless set, I'll probably try another Logitech and see if they have improved.

I find myself to be experienced in trying to find a good wireless keyboard and mouse. I have tried a couple of microsoft ones with no success. I tried some cheap brands from a local pc shop. None were great. I then purchased a Logitech S510 media setup. This thing has great range. It's easy on the batteries, and it is very compact without loosing the 9key (which I need for work). Below is a link. Not the best price, but I like it.

The logitech mx1000 is the best mouse I've ever had. It's wireless with a rechargeable battery, which lasts a few weeks at a time btw, and its really fast and precise too, never had a single problem with it.

What's so hawt about it? It looks like your standard $4 keyboard with a couple extra buttons below the space bar directly under you palms to get in the way.

    Didn't notice the first glance.

I really liked the fact that it was wireless but had a cord to charge an internal battery instead of the usual AA batteries.
