The Real Cancun

I downloaded The Real Cancun. The file is in 2 parts and is in AVI format. When I play it it just shows a black screen. The progress bar moves as if it is playing but there is no video or audio. If I use the AVI preview feature that comes with KPP 2.20 it shows a zero in the audio status bar. I've tried decompressing the audio from the AVI file using a AVI PCM decompressor and I get an error that it could not render the stream. Same if I try to play it using Windows Media Player 9. I have the latest codec pak downloaded from this site and I uninstalled Nimo first before installing the new codecs.
Any Ideas ???
