Screen Grab Help

Yo folks, I am trying to take a screen grab of a certain scene from a TV programme on my computer, which I am playing on Media Player Classic. Anyway, I can take the screen grab using the print screen key, and paste it into either Paint or Photoshop, however the image only stays as long as the MPC file is open, and will only show exactly what is on the MPC at that moment, if I continue playing the file the image changes to suit whats on the MPC file.

How can I take a screen grab of one scene, upload it to something like imageshack and then show it to other people without the image disappearing as soon as I close MPC?

try using Quick Screenshot Maker works fine for me
