Good Ways To Remember Stuff

Does anyone know any good/easy ways to remember stuff coz I've got a French oral exam on Monday and I really can't remember anything I'm meant to say. I haven't had much time to revise because of these forums not allowing me to leave.

don' t try to memorise it all ....just memorise bits of it and make it up as you go along
the more you stress about recalling word for word, you'll just forget more and stress urself out.

Alternatively give modem to parents and don't let them give it back to you till exam are over.
