I have recently just got a new ISp and never had problems till now there a few problem

when i double click on the ISP staus on the right hand corner at the bottom of the screen it shows that I have dat compression goin at 3% recieved and 17% sent it varies around a bit. and there is 2 errors where it says errors. I dont have problems with other ISPs like this and the cmpression just stays at 0% with other ISPs. I go to turn it off though modem configuration the data compression thatt is and its still there what the hell is going on????

also i am suppose to have 4 hr sessions it seems like it D/C agter 2 rs some people say it could be a firewall problem?? im lost need help

    what do I do?

Iam using windows XP pro too
I want to turn off dat compression becasue maybe its slower too it might not support it the ISP

Man I don't have a clue about the data compression.
This is what I see when I click on my connection.
    I don't think I understand adthomp?

I think you should dump your isp if they have a 4 hour limit.
Get MSN and ask them to help you set up a manual connection.
Then uninstall all that fat bandwith hogging good for nothin MSN software.

wait a minute are you talking about the data compression choice in internet options?
