Incredimail Site

Hi All,
Can someone tell me if there is a fault on the incredimail site.I cannot use incredimail because it is trying to download an updated version,and until it does I'm stuck.I have tried to gain access to the site but I keep on getting the page cannot be displayed.So can someone check it out for us.

went to the site.....all is working

if you have a firewall, make sure that the ip for that site isnt blocked

Can anyone offer an explanation as to why I can't gain access.I have gone through the internet options and everything seems ok.
