BCG is back up, but the IRC is down. they were having problems so they just turned it off for a while. PS: BCG's regs are closed for a while now to deal with some problems. i won't go into detail though

We have tried and failed to fix the tracker; we just cannot keep it from crashing. Unless anyone can step up to help, the site will be closing within the next few days. We regret that it's come to this, but we really have no other option.
