which means its my problem.
i tried accesssing them using proxy and it worked.
I m having problems with not only these sites but with many more sites. i wonder why

Switch to an alternative DNS service if you haven't done so already, and restart your router/modem and PC. That may help.

changed dns service.. didnt help.. have to restart my pc .. i guess.
nope..... still wont work.no matter what dns i use, the same sites wont work.
