BCG down looks like a hosts problem as i cant even get into the servers, and bitme.tv is down for me as well (same hosts).
well just went onto http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and that says they are up and OK, but i cant get on them atm lol

^ I'm able to seed but with very minimal would the upload stats be counted ?

Both are back up now, and if the trcker goes down, no, the stats wont be counted on what you just done (unless its down for less than 30 minutes between your announces, and then it probably will).

If he keeps his client open and doesn't stop his BCG torrents until your tracker is back up, shouldn't his stats still get counted? That's how it usually is.
