I don't think so, because it is a public site and any one can download off of it. I'm not sure what happened for you.

Yes, Demonoid does block certain countries.

If I remember correctly, Ukraine is one of them.

umm I don't think so. Ukraine I believe they are based out of. Idk I saw something on FileSharingFreak about Demonoid and Ukraine.

I know for a fact that Demonoid is hosted in Ukraine...

I think they have restrictions on certain countries.

This sucks then if they recently added China to their list of blocked countries...

I haven't been using Demonoid that much since i've become a member of IPT but my wife still uses it to download romance novel e-books and stuff...
