I think it is the tails. They are convinced people are laughing at them.

There are these glue cardboard things that you just lay on the floor and the mouse usually pops up there....place the cardboard glue piece where you usually see the mouse!!!! The ones we have are like poison free and stuff.

So the mouse will stick on and eventually die.
