What AV software are you running? I have found Avira AntiVir to be the best, it's free at: http://free-av.com
For removing Trojans a good tool is Trojan Remover you can get it here: http://www.simplysup.com/
Sometimes you will need to reboot in safe mode etc. to get files that are being used deleted, Trojan Remover automates that for you.
Good Luck.

Turn off System Restore as well before you do anything . Its almost like you need three or more tools to completely remove the nasty buggers .
Hyjackthis , trojan remover and a regcleaner . Do an online scan with one of the many anti virus sites to help .
