Why don't you just download Nero from www.nero.com and burn it with nero? That would be the easiest thing to do.

Once nero is installed.. just open the .cue file with nero and it will burn the CD.

You can just extract the files using winimage. All you do is open winimage, drop the *.bin or *.iso file into the winimage window and then extract the files you can get it HERE
