I just reloaded my good computer and i was wondering

    1. What is the best firewall for bittorent. Take in consideration port management (ie. conectability issues, ease of opening ports...) and stability (firewall crashes) and why?

    2. If you have zonealarm, do you have problems with vsmon.exe? it crashes and sometimes takes out my connection. it seems to crash more, the more torrents im seeding.

If someone would like to make this a poll, please pm me with the most common firewalls.

    Dont use Norton or Mcaffee.
ZoneAlarm works fine for me when I feel like loading it.

I use ZA Pro version and most of the time have no problems. Occassionally vsmon.exe does crash on me, it seems to happen when I am DL'ing a lot, but never when just seeding. When it happens it does not take out my connection, it simply restarts itself and everything keeps working like usual.

    Try this:

    Open ZA
Firewall --> Main --> Internet Zone Security --> Custom --> Check: Allow Outgoing DNS, Allow Outgoing DHCP, Allow Broadcast/Multicast
