i don't think they ever had open signups, although it was fairly easy to get an invite to there back in the day. right now they're being way more strict with who gets in, and i think it's a step in the right direction. they also added 4 more invites to PU+, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find one.Originally Posted by erax

they're not using seedboxes, that's for sure
all members are allowed to upload and most are using their home connection, but are dedicating all the speed to their uploads.

That's good too. I look mainly for rarity of content for specialized trackers. Leave the speed for the 0day ones. I get what I can very fast from 0days, then for the good rare stuff, I look to the specialize trackers, with less regard for speed.
