Strange -- my Peer Guardian is telling me that link is on a website that's RIAA and/or FBI monitored...

Connection forcefully closed on: 66.111.60.20 - FBI

"FBI" just means an FBI-monitored web ip range, although I did a couple Whois lookups and found that there's 2 owned ip ranges in the blocking range that triggered it, 1 of which only overlaps with PART of it:

    FBI:66.111.32.0-66.111.64.255

    OrgName: United Colocation Group, Inc.
    OrgID: UCG-14
Address: 200 Paul Ave., Suite 500
    City: San Francisco
    StateProv: CA
    PostalCode: 94124
    Country: US
    NetRange: 66.111.32.0 - 66.111.63.255
    CIDR: 66.111.32.0/19
    NetName: ASN-UNCGI-EXC-01

    OrgName: Lightrealm Communications
    OrgID: LRCM
Address: 401 Park Place Suite 100A
    City: Kirkland
    StateProv: WA
    PostalCode: 98033

    NetRange: 66.111.64.0 - 66.111.95.255

i finished the d/l and the film is the matrix reloaded it is in bin and cue files . it is also a cam copy of the film but it is a pretty good copy and watchable. i hope this will help others to get the film .
i am using sygate firewall with the bad ip list so hopefully i blocked them from scanning me.

Funny you mention this as I have had my suspicions of Bittorent being watched heavily as of late. I have been keeping a little distance as it seems it is not protected well, if at all, and I see nasty things on the horizon for this type of software, maybe I'm being paranoid.
