for the new thread criteria for each level should be a little more clear, and more sites should be included. that may stop people from having to ask about EVERY site they come across, they could just look it up... just an idea

Why don't we first all vote to give a rank to some sites (from 3 and above) and then have someone supervise/amend the thread.
