Open the file in Windows Explorer.
Among the files within the VCD/SVCD should be the .mpg. Just drag and drop it somewhere else.

    NO...

there will be a dat file inside... which needs to be converted...

get vcdgear, google for it... use it to load the cue file, and extract the mpg from the bin, in a pefectly viewable state...

That can't be true for all SVCD/VCDs can it?

I've created a VCD(from a divx file) and upon loading the CD in another PC I found the mpg file in the way I described.

nope vcd's convert the mpeg to a dat file which has extra error correction bulit into the file.

    vcdgear will extract it.

Hell the dat will play in windows media player anyway you could just stick with them.

i just extracted them with isobuster and watched them.
