Thread: Nod32 problems

  1. #1
Hi all. Last week I noticed that when I booted up my pc Nod32 didn't auto start and neither did AdWatch. I looked into Nod and couldn't find anything to stop it. I (out of curiosity) did a system restore and everything started as it should. Then when I rebooted again back to the prob, no Nod. I can start Nod manually. I have run Adaware and done a scan with Nod aswell as running CCleaner and no difference.

OK latest is I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nod and still the same. But I checked Task Manager and the Kernel shows up in Processes. But I don't get the splash screen on boot up or the icon in the system tray like before unless I click on in in Start Programmes

Help please, what is stopping the auto start?

does it say "trialversion" days left: 0 ?

Thats weird cos I have been running the pair of them for ages with no probs until last tuesday. I can start Nod after Adwatch has started.. Do you suggest uninstalling Adwatch to see what happens?

    You are welcome.

Funny after all this time of offering advice. Like I know what I'm talking about. Something finally worked. Huh.
