Two things Corey:
First, I think only trackers with 700 or maybe even more torrents should made it to the list or else it will grow sooooo big it's gonna be useless..
Two, your criteria are surely helpful but they're maybe too many and some sites will need a lot of searching just to get half of them.. 5-6 basic info like the ones I posted I think should do..

It might be an idea to add an HD sub-section under TV/Movies (like you did with DVDs)... You've already got Bit-HDTV and HD Source, and there's also x264 and HDBits.
