Help Please

Can anyone help please? The folowing warning comes up when I try to access on the internet.A runtime error has occurred do you wish to debug. line 55 error object doesn't support this property or method. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong and hopefully how to correct this problem? Help would be gratefully apreciated

In xp which I am using in control panel there is some called debugging manager which gives the option to turn off which I have selected, hope this works if not I will try one of your other suggestions.Thanks balaam for your usefull advice.

Can turn it off in internet explora.. go in to tool>Advance>Desabled script debugging...
