Yes, that is very old info and not quite true. True is the part that the police arrested some of the staff but the site was working all the time
Now, problems with the site are because they are still upgrading, changing host, code and etc.
More info you can get on forum.arenabg.com after login with your username and pass from the tracker.

or go there.Indeed we're currently filtering out all non-Bulgarian subnets. This temporary setback came as a result from several flood attacks we've had since our relocation in the USA last week. Restrictive measures will be applied till we're sure that our security is no longer compromised. Non-BG mail servers should be handled normally, but meanwhile obviously no registrations are possible for foreign users.
We're sorry for the inconvenience and of course we're doing our best to restore normall functionality for all users asap.
