I just don't get it at all......

I must be thick or somat but I have 2 problems. don't know if they are related or not.

I cant remove w32/sddrop.worm.e

And for the last 3 days...I can't log in to msn messenger...

Ideas for a frustrated woman??

Well for the virus i would update the virus definitions of your anit virus. i did this and it worked a treat

As for msn for the last week i couldn't access any of my email inbox outbox or nething. i tried it today and it worked just like that. Was rather pleased but if it still aint working just reinstall msn. remove it then reinstall it seeing as you most likely still have the install file from www.msn.com/messenger
