The utorrent client is down or the website itself?
The utorrent client itself is by all means not slow...
It all depends on your pc/internet speed specs...
I can achieve 100mbit and even gigbit speeds using utorrent.

Lol. There is no magic software that will cause downloads to skyrocket. Only hard work will do so.... configuring properly, testing connection, getting on good sites; etc. One that is acheived, you will have no problems maxing out your connection, being it 5mbits or 100mbits.

maybe dht is not working... But u can use private tracker dont need this. public tracker must be working dht. U can go u torrent webpage and look faq. its very useful. And u can ask this problem in u torrent forum.
