Nero?

Ive d/l nero version 5.5.9.14 and was wondering is this the same as other
versions cos it seems to be nero express? is this the same as nero burning rom?
people keep telling me to do certain things in nero burning rom but these things
seem to be different in nero express maybe?
can anyone tell me which version is best?

Nero express is a cut down simple to use version and it is included with Nero burning rom so make sure you pick Nero - burnimg rom from the start menu and not nero express

but let me tell you that they are absolute pants!
it doe'snt tell you that if you pick nero express that you can't then get back to nero burning rom bit without reinstalling the stupid thing!!!!!!
