Enter The Matrix Problem

I just bought me this game yesterday and played some of it yesterday and then today... I reached the level "chashing the plane" I finsh the level and went to the plane thats down stairs but when the game goes to the loading.... screen and then turns black and stays that way and never comes back to load another level.... What happen??? Is this a bad copy of this game... this really sux i tired it 3 times , restarting the game

my first choice for this is GET UR MONEY BACK cause it might b currupt but thats very rare another thing it could is ur pc might have a virus or something internally is wrong with ur windows
