It looks kind of neat, but being a Photoshop expert I was feeling quite deprived.
Adding a Magic Wand tool would do a lot for it also.

Good stuff! Thanks to Web 2.0 we can do everything from our word processing online to keep track of invoices online. Yet I've never seen a site that allows you to do photo editing with layers to boot. Very nice indeed.

I sometimes use this program when on a public computer w/o Photoshop available: Cellsea
It is rather feature-filled... has filters, and some surprising things like Unsharp Mask. Worth a look, though this one lacks the Photoshop-looking toolbar.
