yeah i agree, Another variant - make your toast (either on the grill, or in a toaster), cut a clove of garlic in half, and rub it on the bread (or just crush it on and spread, if you’re hardcore). Spread on tomato puree, grated cheese over the top and sprinkle on some mixed herbs. Grill as normal. Voila! PizzaToast
