Not a huge problem as ScT never owned those movies itself - being a pirate site.
Although it's probably a surefire way of getting people at ScT a bit pissed off, if you only ever steal releases.

It's not hard to make your own!
That seems pretty easy lately. Besides its not like they can do anything about it.

thank you for bringing this to our attention, this was looked into and the torrents have been deleted we do not condone or support this kind of behavior.

If anyone finds any other issues please contact our staff.

Well some of the uploaders may not have axx to FTP for scene content. So they rob releases from scT.
I agree completely... sure, you can't "own" files that you stole, but this pack was exclusive to ScT, just like many other very good packs upped during the free leech period. Sure, "Saw III UNRATED DVDR-Replica " is a scene release that is obviously going to be distributed on every tracker, starting from ScT/FTN and trickling down to TL/TD, etc; However, the pack upped at ScT was exclusive to ScT only, and it was not meant to be taken and upped on another tracker. This activity merely proves that ScP cannot come up with their own releases, furthering the strength of ScT. As you can see, the pack WAS exclusive to ScT as no other tracker came along and used it as well (other than the "great" ScP who needs to build a quick reputation). What stops anyone from setting up "sct-mirror.org"- the site could upload every release on ScT, have some dedicated uppers, and have open signups. This would never happen as the site would be an extreme example of "lamers" as someone before me said. ScP just tries to get away with upping the content. Worse, it even carelessly splits it and adds a "ScP" tag to the filename to make it seem "unique".

The last part of this thread is funny.

    A thief, of a thief, of a thief....lol

In my short torrenting lifespan, I have only created a few original files that have been shared (music cd that I owned that I could not find elsewhere). The odds of my actually *creating* a torrent that has never been made before is slim, as there are so many people that are way more on the ball than I am. This past week, I joined a new tracker, and saw that my exact torrent was beeing seeded, with no mentioning of me.

My thoughts - who cares! I did not make this to boost my ego - I just wanted to share it with other people - is that not what this is all about? If anything, I felt a warm feeling that I was able to contribute to a global process.

Lol - People who get ticked at their content going elsewhere should join the powers that be, and try to take their ennemies to court, lol! Irony of ironies!

maybe you should read my last post again.
ScP is a new site and we cannot check everysingle file that is uploaded to make sure it wasnt uploaded on another tracker somewhere. Instead of trying to flame ScP all you needed to do was contact a staff member and everything would get sorted. Like i said before ScP does not condone this and torrents that are found to be "stolen" as u put it are deleted and uploaders dealt with. But if someone wanted to create a Saw pack the chances of 2 torrent sites creating an almost identical pack is very high.

Lol - When movie studios create movies, they intend for the movie to be *exclusively* shown in theatres. They then plan to *exclusively* sell the content to various distributers, who then *exclusively* sell it to the end user.

Is it not utter-total hypocracy to diregard the studios *exclusive* intent, but expect to maitain your own? Can you not see the madness in this?

Sure, it has come to some absurd proportions, I must admit. Lets take a real-life example- Apple spends months and millions of dollars developing a new mouse, one that can be controlled with only your thumb. Microsoft goes into a store, buys this mouse, and then copies the design and sells millions. Where is the greatness there? Trackers are doing the very same thing. Shouldn't ScT get credit for providing all of the releases? Guess not...

if ScT had unique content and then it showed up on other trackers fine... but all ScT does like everyother tracker is upload content that release groups rip and pack. anyways please support ScT in another thread and get back on topic in this one

I would say 99% of people who download have no idea where the file originated from, and couldn't care less. They just want to get it for free.

If someone is distributing files so they can take credit (and boost their ego), I would suggest they visit a therapist or something, because clearly something is missing in their lives.
