Is There A Way To Make A .cue File?

I have a matrix reloaded cd2 .bin file but i cant find the cue for it, is there any way to make one?

Yup download the cue from there, or if that doesnt work (there still arent very many sources on Kazaa just go into your cd1 folder copy the cue file from there, paste it into your cd2 folder. Then open it with notepad; where it says the name of the cd1 bin file change it to the cd2 bin file name. And you should be alll set.

I need to convert those bin files to mpeg then to PAL format cos im in England. So how do you do that cos VCD gear make a corrupt mpg file?

Well not sure how to convert mpg to pal...but....if vcdgear is not working then try ISOBuster. They have the link for the program there and the explanation on how to extract the mpg file. Have Fun
