if you do the math:

3-5 days (let's take 4) -> 460 : 4 = 115 GB/day
115GB/day : 24hours = 4,79 GB/hour
4,79 GB = 4790 MB -> 4790MB : 60min = 79,83 MB/min

so -> 79,83 MB/min : 60 min = 1,33 MB/sec


so, it's possbile with no doubt. you just have to have a little over 10mbit, but since he has a seedbox, i think he has little more...
