Don't mix the ram. Use either PC100/133, SDram or DDR ram, not a mixture of each.

Crucial, Good place to match up or find compatible memory.

Newegg.com, site with good prices for memory.
    (examples:
Crucial Micron 256MB PC 2100 DDR $29.00 - free Fed Ex shipping)
Crucial Micron 256MB PC 2700 DDR $37.00 - free Fed Ex shipping)

Definately dump the Standard SD RAM if you can (afford it).

DDR SD RAM from standard SD RAM will be a boost in itself.

Get the highest speed DDR that your chipset can handle.

    Your bud

DDR ram slots aren't the same as SDRAM slots -- you have to have BOTH on your motherboard to use both (not at the same time of course...)
