when i try to download vice city it somtime says problem conecting to tracker conection refused. Why is that and will it ever connect>?

sometimes it just does that, and the error wording stays on throughout the download
just keep it on and it will eventually start
but u also wanna make sure that there is someone seeding it
haven't tried it yet, but torrentspy can tell u if a file is seeded or not
