all i see is that login screen, when trying to login noth happens

in the home page there is an explanation about login problems.
it says:
"If you are having login problems, then we need you to do this.
deleted all wb cookies
close all browser windows
delete wb from fav folder
use this link http://www.wild-bytes.org
then resave the url back to fav folder
You should also be able to use http://wild-bytes.org now also, but still might have some problems."
i managed to login but whenever try to browse i get this "Table 'wildbytes.iplog' doesn't exist"
