Lots of the smaller sites you will find are up for user suggestions/comments.
Not alot of users take the time to give staff their opinions. Many times you notice they would rather give them a list of demands

Youll find that the communities that are very open on communication are ussually good communities to be a part of. Hopefully this site works on their communication and not only produces the files everyone seeks but the atmosphere to go with it. That would make it a top notch site as well.

I just read that they upped their user limit to 5000. I've been saying from the begining that 2000 was too low for the site to suceed, so i think they're making a good move. The scc example is a good one. Since signups started they seem to have a new life.

Yeah they've upped it to 5000 which is a great idea but the front page stats say they have 1184 registered users... where did 800+ people go????

Hopefully the 5000 limit will help the site grow, it's a lot better than 2000.
