Different Sims Superstar Problem

Well, i had the sms superstar. it was two bins and two cue files. I burned them to disc and installed, no problem. The only version of the sims i had in recently was the very first.

Well, i can run the game, everything is fine. but alot o the objects dont work. i couldnt click on the couch to sit on it, couldnt click on the toilet or the sink or anything. The only things that worked were the stairs and the phone.

Then i called the bus to studio town. It will take me there but when i go to choose a lot, it wont go to it.

Think i need to get the other expansions? Please Help.
