The file container used for HDRips are mkv and wmv. You can't play them in a HDDVD or BluRay player. I'm not sure if there are any players available in the market that support H.264/x264 mkv format.. I suggest you just play them in your pc and connect a dvi-to-hdmi cable to your HDTV. Problem solved. No need to spend money for a player.
Got any sites which don't need an invite but are good sites for dvd rips, just private sites which needs register not invite.
