    If that codec pack doesnt work, look on google for Ace Mega Codec Pack. Its like 30 Megs, but its awesome. Make sure it's version 5.5

    Thanks to all of you for your help but do you need to uninstall all codecs before downloading additional packs? as I have an earlier version of Ace Mega Codec pack and Xvid Video Codecs Koepi's Build.

    Yes.

    After you install the K-Lite Codec Pack, use GSpot (which is included) to see if Gia actually has audio and what codec it needs.
