hello guys(and girls)i think that ScT and F*N have best pretime
,but hey,probably one uploader from one trakerc(eg.TL )upped a movie faster than one uploader from eg. ScT but that won't make huge difference.and this is only my oppinion

The time in which the scene is released onto the FTP boards, and the time it takes for people to get the Scene releases from the boards onto the torrent site. Generally Pre-times under <1 Min are good
