I actually wanted to know if anyone had the same card and what they thought of it.
Which drivers should I update, the graphics cards or just everything generally?
Anyone know of a program that would help spot out of date drivers?

@Gripper, the best place to get video card drivers from is http://downloads.guru3d.com/ they've got almost every driver on there new and old for ATI/Nvidia cards. Just update your video card drivers and make sure to correctly uninstall them using driver cleaner pro (http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745) First uninstall the drivers then reboot when it asks you to and then boot into safe mode and run driver cleaner using which ATI filter(s) you need and once that's done reboot normally and install your new drivers.
I think he needs new drivers.

Replacing your drivers with more recent ones fixed your problem?
