I just got a warning for asking my mate if he wanted an invite to Pisexy.

Apparently I should have done it by PM or in the "Invite Section".

It would appear that people who have been here for years, being part of a community and keeping the place going don't mean shit any more. The 20 post invite sharers are more important. Abusing other interweb communities is better than supporting our own.

Here's what I think of your warning -

I don't understand... I havn't been following this too closely, but it seems like you offered invites in the Lounge, and recieved a warning for it.

What's the big deal? It looks like you were given a 2 point infraction, that's it. You were basically given a slap on the hand and told not to do it again. Why make a thread crying about it? Not to mention breaking rule 13 at the same time. Most people mess up, are verbally warned, and take it like a man. Whatever. You weren't banned, put onto moderation, or anything bad.

I didn't offer invites in the lounge. I asked a specific person if he wanted an invite to a specific site, for a specific download and told him that if he did then he should PM me. I don't see that I broke any rule.

If you think less of me, as a man, for the above then we are both just going to have to live with that. Pity tho' I actually thought you were a decent chap. One lives and learns.

You know that a mod's decision is not up for public discussion... and you know how to PM another person here, why not just PM lynx, and see what's up? I already said, lynx wasn't the one who sent me the warning. It was lynx who decided to reply to my thread. lynx was involved in it because lynx chose to be, I wasn't even thinking about him when I started the thread. True Story.

As such you are working from a false premise. I have no idea on what you based it.

I wasn't taunting anyone, I was the one who was taunted. Read the thread again, on the basis that lynx decided to be in it and that was his choice. Then decide who was taunting whom. Try doing it without your preconceptions this time. You might be better served.

You might even want to consider why a mod was taunting a member. Telling him that he wanted him to fuck off. Think you can do that, without your prejudices this time.
