Part of the silliness was the J'P was offering an invite to a friend, not just anybody.

Sure, he broke the rules, but it's not like it was a malicious disregard for authority. I could go in to how ironic it is that this all revolves around file sharing, but I'm supposed to be doing some coursework right now.

I think he was warned just for not knowing where he could trade.

FST allows users to do invite trades only in the invite section, thats the only section you can trade in, its a good thing really, JP didnt know because he didnt join the site (like many do) just to trade invites here.

anyone who knows about bit torrent invites thinks this is the best place to trade, which is why a lot of users go in other sections and try to do a trade on their first day because they cant wait to trade here.

FST invite trading section rules are there to keep the good traders in and the bad traders out, he was just trading badly without knowing it i think.

i cant say " i want invites to..." in this section.
or, "can i have an invite to..." in this section.

OK that's more clear to me now,so I won't be offering invites to any of the people that I know and trust in the Lounge to Pisexy,Oink,Bitsoup or Etorrent,thanks for clearing that up.
