If your importing files from ur server to ur computer u are using the speed that ur ISP assigned NOT the servers speed.

thats right my isp speed is at least 1-1.5mb im downloading at 20kb/s?

Use a program called Internet Download Accelerator. Like any download accelerator it downloads using multiple threads, but it also is capable of doing this for FTP transfers also. I've been using it for a while to transfer from seedboxs that I only get around 200k/s from with a single download. Using it I am able to max out my connection at 1.2mb/s

if you dont know anything about linux dont buy linux, you will have a hard time with it unless you have a good friend that will help you out and wont steal your info when he sets it up for you

which ya'll recommend, install tf or azureus or utorrent(using wine)
on leeware package 15usd..??

on leeware, just do it simple, install TorrentFlux, it will be more than enough
