You need to make sure that you are placing the correct phone number when ordering using your credit card, In my case I placed the faulty one
but finally paid by paypal, then they never ask any questions and got the server in next day

They ask land line ones, I'm sharing mp3's and prefer to keep my phone private)
Then you need to do the same as I've done
go to the invoice with them and pay with PayPal.

For anyone that has used Vectoral, how long did it take to get your server?
vectoral has no servers in stock
I already ordered, just waiting for it. Curious to how long they normally take to be setup.
