I would seriously advise giving hosting-ie a wide berth. As has been mentioned, don't expect anything in the way of customer service - they decided to change my log-in and password details without telling me, so upon reinstalling my server over the weekend, I haven't been able to log-in to anything, meaning my sites have been down all weekend as they don't have any customer service working.
You get what you pay for folks.

I think it depends what Server are you ordering, i've hear here lads are getting in 2-3 days, some got in same day) some are waiting for 3 weeks, So I think the best Idea is to ask them what is the ETA for the setup.
