Vice City Install Problem

Okay, so I downloaded FLT-VCA and B and used WinISO to make 'em into .iso files. Then I checked them with CDMage and everything seemed fine. When I pop CD 1 into my computer, auto run starts up and everything still seems to be working fine. I go through all the install steps (ie, check "I've read the licence agreement", choose a directory for install...) and click install.

The game starts to install ("Installing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City"), then it pauses. It says:

"Component Transfer Error

Component: GTA: Vice City
File Group: ReadME
File: D:\ReadMe\ReadMe_ITALIAN.txt
Error: Incorrect Function"


Anyway, the install freezes up at that point and quits when I click the OK button. I also had this problem when I downloaded the Multilanguage CD by mistake. I know my system requirements meet the minimum requirements. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks for your time!
