it not being listed on vcd quality means nothing.... my friend has a screener of reloaded that hes ripping to his PC right at this time

Well actually you cant take a screenshot of an .mpeg, or really any other video for that matter. Youll just have a picture of your media player with a black screen. Now, there are programs out there that can be used to extract pictures from films, and I offered to teach this guy how to do it...but he wouldnt reply...hmmm
